BETA SAN MIGUEL’S, SA DE CV, CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION AGREEMENT.

BETA SAN MIGUEL, SA DE CV (BSM), with address in Avenida Paseo de la Reforma, Número 397, Segundo piso, Colonia Cuauhtémoc, Delegación Cuauhtémoc, México, Distrito Federal, código postal 06500, in attention to the Personal Data Protection in the Individual Possession Federal Law, active since July 6, 2010, BSM is responsible and in charge of treating its personal data, of the use given to them and its protection,
A.- Collected data an purpose: we collect only data you freely and voluntarily provide either physically or electronically, which, could include in an expository manner but not limited to, as follows:
1) Full name, birth date, nationality, RFC, CURP, Social Security Number, email, telephone number and/or cell number.
2) Curriculum vitae, which could include personal interests, academic and professional background, work experience, economical dependent information, as well as personal references for consultation purpose and even sensitive personal data, which are going to be destined only to the following purposes:
a) Identification, statistical and internal analysis purposes
b) Recruitment and staff selection proposes and/or to eventually contact them for the purposes listed above
c) To provide references in case another person or company request a report on possible candidates for a work position
d) To provide the service that is requested
e) To give information
f) To create a physical or electronic record
g) To process their data in our intern systems
h) To offer other company products

B.-Storage and exposure: We are committed to protect your personal information with the highest legal, technologic and administrative security indexes, as well as, not to sell, rent and/or share personal information to third parties with illicit purposes, there will not be commercial data transfers, nor will them be given a different use to the noted in the previous point, unless a change in this Confidentiality Agreement is mediated.
C.- ARCO rights: in the personal data protection matter, you can practice your access, correction, cancelation and opposition rights, which are entitled “ARCO” according to the following:
1) Access: you can choose the way to communicate with us, via email or written directed to our offices (address pointed above). Such document should be addressed to the User Assistance Specialized Unit (UNE@bsm.com.mx), and must include as follows:
Name, Address, an email address to communicate the answer to your request, as well as a clear and precise description of the Personal Data of which you look to practice any of your ARCO rights, and any other element that make easier the localization of such data.
2) Correction: You can request any of your data to be corrected, in case any of them is registered mistakenly.
3) Cancellation or opposition: You can request for cancellation or remove your data, as long as there is a cause that justifies such action.

D.- Modifications: We reserve the right to change this confidentiality agreement in any moment. In case there is any change to this confidentiality agreement it will be notified via our webpage www.bsm.com.mx

F.- Data transfer: In the cases in which BSM requires to transfer data to national third parties, in virtue of the fulfillment of contractual responsibilities or of information delivery to its title holder, BSM will ensure that the responsible third party assumes the same obligations that are suitable to BSM in matter of data privacy and that they fulfill with the established by the Personal Data Protection in the Individual Possession Federal Law.
